Mâitre de Stalking

This is some thorough customer service right here. The mâitre d' at NYC's Eleven Madison Park googles every single person who makes a reservation at the restaurant. Of course, he can't possibly know who is going to accompany the reserver, so there's a bit of a hole in the efficacy of the practice, but I am always impressed with a business that goes the extra mile to service its customers. Kudos.
